Refund & Cancellation Policy – Xpertera Ventures
At Xpertera, our Business Network membership is a digital access-based subscription that provides members with networking opportunities, curated business connections, community access, and exclusive growth resources. As such, all payments are generally considered final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
However, we value fairness and client satisfaction. In select cases, refund requests may be reviewed at our sole discretion under the policy below.
1. Eligibility for Refund Consideration
Refund requests may be considered only if:
The request is raised within 7 days of the original payment date.
The member has not significantly used or benefited from the membership services, community access, consultations, or network privileges.
There is a genuine duplicate transaction, billing error, or exceptional circumstance.
2. Approved Refund Amount
If a refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund amount will be up to 80% of the total amount paid.
The remaining 20% is retained towards:
Payment gateway charges
Administrative processing
Onboarding / account setup costs
Reserved access allocation and operational overheads
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following cases:
Change of mind after joining
Lack of usage by the member
Failure to attend networking opportunities or events
Dissatisfaction due to unmet personal expectations not explicitly promised
Violation of community or membership guidelines
Requests raised after the review period
4. Cancellation of Membership
Members may cancel renewal or future continuation at any time by writing to us. Cancellation of future renewal does not automatically qualify for a refund of the current membership period.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Where approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to payment provider timelines.

7. Final Decision
All refund decisions are made by Xpertera Ventures and shall be final, reasonable, and based on the circumstances of each case.
