You will use our services lawfully and professionally.

Xpertera Business Network / Founder Circle memberships
Consulting / advisory engagements
Personal brand growth plans
Website creation & maintenance
Social media management
Content creation support
Lead filtering / business support
Paid strategy sessions
Custom professional services
All services are subject to availability and may evolve over time.
4. Membership Access
Where you purchase a membership:
Access is personal and non-transferable.
Membership validity is for the purchased term (example: annual access).
Sharing access, misuse, impersonation, or unauthorized resale is prohibited.
We may update community benefits, features, or delivery methods periodically.
5. Payments
All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices may change for future purchases.
Payment processing may be handled through third-party providers such as Razorpay or similar gateways.
You agree to provide valid payment information.
Failure to complete payment may suspend access or delivery.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are generally not guaranteed due to the nature of digital access, memberships, time allocation, and service commitments.
However, select requests may be reviewed fairly at our discretion.
Where approved, refunds may be issued up to 80% of the original payment amount, after administrative, processing, and onboarding costs.

7. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Xpertera provides access, strategy, support, networking opportunities, and professional services.
We do not guarantee:
Revenue growth
Leads or conversions
Funding outcomes
Business partnerships
Social media virality
Follower growth targets
Specific commercial results
Results depend on many factors including market conditions, user participation, execution quality, timing, and external circumstances.
8. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide timely approvals, information, and materials
Cooperate professionally
Respect timelines and communication channels
Use membership/network access ethically
Delays caused by missing client inputs may impact timelines.
9. Community & Conduct Rules
For network/community memberships, you must not:
Spam members
Harass or abuse anyone
Misrepresent yourself
Promote scams or unlawful activity
Share confidential member information
Damage community trust
We may suspend or remove access where necessary.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed:
Xpertera retains rights to its frameworks, templates, systems, branding, website content, methods, and proprietary materials.
Clients retain ownership of their pre-existing trademarks, brand assets, and content supplied by them.
Final custom deliverables may transfer subject to full payment.
11. Third-Party Platforms
We may use or integrate tools such as:
Razorpay
Social media platforms
Hosting providers
Analytics tools
Communication tools
We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions of third-party platforms.
12. Service Timelines
Estimated timelines are indicative and may vary depending on:
Scope changes
Client responsiveness
Platform approvals
Technical dependencies
External delays
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xpertera Ventures shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of our website or services.
Our total liability, where applicable, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
14. Suspension / Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, reject, or terminate service/access where there is:
Abuse
Fraud
Non-payment
Misuse of systems
Breach of these Terms
Harmful conduct
