Xpertera Ventures is currently operated as a sole proprietorship owned and managed by Bhavesh Kulchandani.

For payment, banking, invoicing, payment gateway, and transaction purposes, payments may be collected in the name of Xpertera Ventures, Bhavesh Kulchandani, or the registered bank/payment gateway details linked with the proprietorship.

2. ABOUT XPERTERA VENTURES

Xpertera Ventures provides expert-led consulting, technology and AI advisory, digital growth services, website services, branding support, business advisory, and business network opportunities for startups, SMEs, founders, consultants, professionals, agencies, and service providers.

3. ELIGIBILITY

By using our website, submitting your information, making a payment, or using our services, you confirm that:

- You are legally authorized to enter into agreements

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay or similar platforms. Prices may change for future services, memberships, packages, renewals, or promotional offers.

Failure to complete payment may result in delay, suspension, or cancellation of service access, onboarding, membership, or delivery.

6. BUSINESS NETWORK MEMBERSHIP

For Xpertera Business Network or similar memberships:

- Access is subject to payment, review, and approval where applicable

- Membership access is personal or business-specific and non-transferable

- Membership is valid only for the purchased term

- Benefits may include visibility, networking, referrals, expert access, collaboration opportunities, virtual meetings, promotional support, or business introductions

- Benefits may change, evolve, or be updated over time

- Xpertera may approve, reject, suspend, or remove access where required

Membership does not guarantee leads, clients, revenue, partnerships, conversions, or business outcomes.

7. CLIENT AND MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

- Provide accurate and updated information

- Share required materials, content, approvals, and inputs on time

- Communicate professionally

- Use network access ethically

- Avoid spam, misuse, misrepresentation, or unlawful activity

- Respect other members, partners, clients, and professionals

- Avoid any activity that may harm Xpertera, its members, clients, partners, or reputation

Delays caused by missing client inputs, late approvals, or incomplete information may affect timelines and delivery.

8. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Xpertera provides strategy, consulting, execution support, digital services, network access, and professional guidance.

We do not guarantee:

- Revenue growth

- Specific lead volume

- Sales conversions

- Funding outcomes

- Business partnerships

- Search engine ranking positions

- Social media growth or virality

- Advertising performance

- Specific commercial results

Results depend on multiple factors, including market conditions, competition, client participation, platform policies, budget, timing, content quality, and execution.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

- Xpertera retains ownership of its frameworks, templates, methods, processes, website content, strategy formats, and proprietary materials

- Clients retain ownership of their pre-existing brand assets, trademarks, logos, and content supplied by them

- Final custom deliverables may be handed over only after full payment is received

- Xpertera may use publicly available project references, non-confidential work samples, or brand references for portfolio, case study, or credibility purposes unless confidentiality is agreed in writing

You may not copy, resell, reproduce, distribute, or misuse Xpertera’s proprietary materials without written permission.

10. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

Our services may involve third-party platforms such as hosting providers, domain providers, payment gateways, social media platforms, ad platforms, analytics tools, communication tools, email platforms, or business tools.

Xpertera is not responsible for outages, policy changes, restrictions, account issues, payment failures, technical errors, delays, or actions caused by third-party platforms.

You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the respective terms and policies of third-party platforms used in connection with the services.

11. TIMELINES

Any timeline shared is an estimate unless specifically agreed in writing.

Timelines may change due to:

- Scope changes

- Missing client inputs

- Delayed approvals

- Technical dependencies

- Payment delays

- Third-party platform issues

- External circumstances beyond our control

Xpertera will make reasonable efforts to deliver services within the agreed or estimated timeline, subject to timely cooperation from the client or member.

12. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Refunds are generally not guaranteed once work has started, consultation has been delivered, onboarding has begun, access has been granted, strategy work has been initiated, or resources have been allocated.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xpertera Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, business, revenue, data, reputation, opportunity, platform, or third-party losses arising from the use of our website, services, memberships, or third-party tools.

Where applicable, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
